Delivery & Returns

We currently only ship within Qatar. We do not ship internationally.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We deliver to all areas in Qatar. Our standard delivery charge is 35 QAR.

All orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours unless specified otherwise. When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working mobile number and full address and ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. If you opted to pay "cash on delivery" then the driver will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is ready. 

RETURNS POLICY

For the exchange of inflated products such as helium or air filled balloons, exchange should be done within one hour of delivery.

Exchange of all other products excluding balloons can be done within one week of purchase. Please keep note of your order number. You can either exchange it in one of our stores at Lagoona Mall or Ezdan Wakra and at our office at Manarat Lusail in Lusail.

Our policy states one hour for balloons and one week for all other products in case of an exchange. Please note that after the stipulated time, we will not be able to exchange your products.

You will have to bear additional delivery charges for exchanges after your driver has left the premises in the event of an exchange

At this time, we will not be able to provide refunds for any of our products.
